Together with the German light designer Stefan Hofmann we created the animations for his light installation INFINITY for the Luminale 2008 in Frankfurt.
The installation was constructed in Frankfurt's Senckenberg Museum in April. The construction consists of 50, 3m high columns with integrated LED Pixels. The columns stand in a circle of a about 7m radius.
The idea was to entirely surround the spectators with light, creating an infinite light room. Our abstract 360° animations supported the infinite surrounding we wanted to create.
The installation will be presented again at GLOW 2008 in Eindhoven, Netherlands in November 2008.
